Private Parties

Built with natural, high-quality materials on a diversely wooded property, this elegant and rustic venue is perfect for private parties. Rent the property for the entire day and get it all to yourself for you and your guests as an all-inclusive, all-day venue. Enjoy everything from mimosas in the morning to gathering around the firepit under the stars at night, and gain access to the on-site electric shuttle to move groups around for photo opportunities.

Large Gatherings

With an outdoor play court with tennis, pickleball, foursquare and shuffleboard, there are plenty of activities for large gatherings. Not in the mood to play? Explore the mile of roads and trails on a wooded site or gather around the central fireplace indoors to relax and socialize with other guests. This site is perfect for large gatherings of any kind, whether it’s a corporate event, baby shower, or other celebration.

Weddings

With a high end Adirondak style and freedom to roam the property for the full day, the Lodge at Shadow Hill is the perfect party venue for wedding ceremonies and receptions. With a bridal suite, large deck, scenic bridges and two ceremony locations in case of inclement weather, there’s nothing not to love about a wedding in this natural setting.

Scenic and Spacious

At Shadow Hill, you’ll enjoy a 3-acre pond and nearly a mile of trails and pathways to explore. The on-site bridge is one of the most photographed locations at the venue, having been in the local newspaper several times and is a favorite scenic spot for group photos. Go indoors for even more space to socialize and gather in luxury, in front of the a central fireplace that is two and-a-half stories tall. The Lodge has a separate bridal space, a kitchen suite, and a bar space for your caterer or vendors of choice, or use it on your own. However you choose to make the event unique, we provide a space with everything you need.

An Elegant Venue

With the elegance of a high-end luxury barn, everything is made with authentic and durable wood and stone materials, keeping the space comfortable and rustic indoors for a cozy atmosphere. The Lodge at Shadow Hill is located on a wooded site with a large, 3-acre pond with a scenic bridge and natural foliage, easily making it one of the most scenic venues in the region. Located right off route 104, this venue is very private and quiet, off the road so you and your guests can celebrate freely. Out of town guests even have the option to shuttle to and from Webster hotels, making travel easy for weddings and large corporate retreats.
